Yoshie Phillips is the director of investment research at Russell Investments.

She is a seasoned researcher for the global fixed income team, recommending fixed income investment managers to Russell Investments' fund-of-funds and advisory clients around the globe. In addition, she is a subject matter expert in global leveraged credit market, including global and US high yield bonds, senior loans and multi-asset credit strategies, as well as convertible market and LDI strategies. She also represents the firm's ESG efforts for the global fixed income team.
