Peter Leach is the founder of Peter Leach Associates Ltd, a firm that specialises in advising multigenerational family enterprises. He is also a special adviser to BDT & Company International LLP and author of Family Enterprises—The Essentials. He holds the post of Adjunct Professor of Family Business at Imperial College Business School in the UK.
