Second generations of Trump and Kushner dynasties wed

Ivanka Trump, daughter of Donald Trump and executive vice president of the Trump Organisation, married fellow property heir Jared Kushner on Sunday at the Trump Golf Club in New Jersey, US.

Trump (pictured) and Kushner got engaged in July and married in front of more than 500 guests at one of the many Trump-owned properties in the state.

Trump, 27, joined her father's property business in 2005 and works with her two brothers Donald Jr and Eric. Together they control the company's development & acquisitions and work to manage, develop and grow the Trump brand around the world. The New-York based Trump Organisation controls some of the most well known real estate in the city including Trump Tower and 40 Wall Street and is looking to expand globally.

Kushner, 28, owns the New York Observer through a family trust controlled by him and his siblings. He is also active in the property company founded by his father Charles Kushner in 1954, Kushner Companies. The Kushner empire is worth an estimated $1 billion and owns properties across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The Kushner's were at the centre of a lawsuit brought against them by a former employee in December 2008. Kevin Swill, former president of a Kushner subsidiary company Westminster Capital Associates, claimed he was owed in excess of $6 million in commissions. (Click here to read our coverage of the story) Charles Kushner has also served time in prison for tax fraud in 2004 but returned to running the family business in 2006.
