Jihan Diolosa is director of strategic client solutions and head of responsible investing at Russell Investments. She is a senior executive with more than 17 years of experience in providing strategic investment solutions to institutional clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

She is chair of Russell Investment’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee as well as a member of the Diversity Project’s steering committee.
